ROLE
To support the Pharmacy Manager and manage the day to day operation of the pharmacy retail area to maximise retail turnover. Maximizing turnover by motivating and inspiring the team to achieve targets set by Pharmacy Manager through excellent customer service, eventing, placing orders and ensuring stock levels are correct, key holder duties and cashing up tills.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Essential Criteria
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
IT literate – Microsoft Office
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy, retail outlet environment working with beauty and Fragrance products
Excellent Communication interpersonal skills and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
The applicant must have the right to work in the UK (proof requested).
Desirable
Previous experience in a Supervisory role in a retail pharmacy environment
Experience in staff management including rotas/holidays etc.
Hours
Permanent 30 hours per week Monday - Saturday based on a rota.
Flexibility is required
Salary will be depending on experience
