Your Package/Benefits:
- Salary - £24,000 - £25,000

The Role
- Log and process materials like journals, magazines, looseleaf updates, and books.
- Provide access to online resources, liaising with users, library contacts, and external providers.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting the wider team, including journal and looseleaf management.
- Manage new resources: label, distribute, and handle global office distribution.
- Administer joiners and leavers process: handle welcome emails, resource returns, and update LMS records.
- Oversee access to online resources: manage user IDs, databases, and provide first-line technical support.
- Handle financial tasks: check and code invoices, reallocate costs to client matters.
- Continuously improve processes and support library services through general administration.
Essential Criteria
- Must have strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, spreadsheets, and databases; LMS experience is a plus.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a professional administrative setting, ideally in a library, information, IT, or legal environment.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a focus on detail and prioritisation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting at all levels.
- Professional, client-focused, and solution-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Team-oriented and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality service.
- Customer service experience (desirable)
