Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting our client, David Meade, an international trainer, facilitator, broadcaster, researcher, and keynote speaker, with the recruitment of an Operations Specialist, to support David and the team as they continue the rapid expansion journey of their sister company – LightBulbTeams.com

What would a typical day look like for you?

Your role as an Operation Specialist is key to supporting the increasing demands for both David Meade Events and Lightbulb Teams.

Some of your responsibilities will be;

  • Office management to include the day-to-day office operations, supply inventory & management of contracts for office services
  • Assisting the operations team in managing business processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Maintaining the upkeep of the stock room including managing the stocktaking and control of supplies for all CSR activities
  • Packing and shipping, both internationally and domestically, event supplies
  • Responsible for all client gifting
  • Administrative duties and financial coordination to include monthly bookkeeping

Your skills:

  • You will have at least 2 years’ experience in an office administrator/operational role
  • You are systems orientated and sharp picking up new CRM’s/technology
  • You are exceptional in your communication style, both written and verbally
  • You are curious, creative, and enjoy thinking outside of the box
  • You enjoy working in a close knit team, and love getting involved in all aspects of operational support

Please note due to the nature of the business, an element of flexibility is required for travel (Europe and beyond!) plus at times the flexibility to change your hours if there are requirements within the business.
