9-5 Monday - Friday
JOB SUMMARY:
The postholder will be a member of the Estate Services Department in Ballymena/Antrim areas
The postholder will be responsible for the provision of joinery services, including the transportation of materials and equipment.
The postholder may be required to work occasional overtime to meet the needs of the service.
Experience
Qualifications/ Registration
Applicants must possess a recognised and registered building CITB apprenticeship
PLUS
4 years post apprenticeship experience spent on the maintenance of complex buildings.
Certified on the Construction Skills Register or other approved technical qualification(s)
