Full Time Joiner urgently required to work in a temporary position within Antrim Area Hospital set to last at least 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension. The successful candidate must have experience and knowledge of carrying out day to day operational maintenance duties for all carpentry & joinery jobs, demonstrate knowledge of working with woodworking machinery/equipment and responsibility for the security and maintenance of the machines. Duties may include: fixing doors, furniture and detailed work. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm and the rate of pay is £14.11
What We Need From You
Must possess a recognised and registered building CITB apprenticeship PLUS 4 years post apprenticeship experience spent on the maintenance of complex buildings.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and knowledge of Health & Safety at Work
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
