HR Administrator - Coleraine - Permanent

About the role:

  • Location: Coleraine Area
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
  • Salary: £Competitive Salary & Benefits Package
  • Monday to Friday, weekends off

As an HR Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR processes. You’ll be involved in various key administrative tasks, which include:

  • Data Management: Maintain and update multiple HR tracking spreadsheets, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and promptly.
  • HR Software: Assist with maintaining and updating the HR Management Software, PAMS.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide administrative support for employee relations meetings, including drafting letters and minute-taking.
  • Inductions: Organise induction sessions for new employees, ensuring they have all necessary resources.
  • Staff Cards: Issue staff ID cards for all employees.
  • Absence Management: Support absence management by conducting care calls and communicating key details to line managers.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in HR Administration.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
