My client is a leading business that operate in the manufacturing/engineering sphere, with operations across Northern Ireland. Continually looking to grow and expand, they are looking to add a financial accountant to their team. Now is a great time to jump into this exciting business.

Role:

Reporting into the Financial Controller, duties of this role include:

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• UK VAT returns
• Liaising with external auditors for year-end
• Assisting with process improvement of new ERP system
• Continuous improvement of internal controls

Person:

My client is ideally looking for someone who is/has:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or working towards finishing qualifications
• Experience in reporting under IFRS
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment ideal
• Open to both practice or industry backgrounds
