Your new company is a North-West based Construction Contractor, specialising in the retail, commercial & residential sectors with extensive experience in both traditional and design & build contracts. The company have built an enviable industry name on their specialist team consistently delivering high quality service on various medium-large scale projects for high-profile clients, which has led to a high level of repeat business & continuous bid success. Due to ongoing requirements on a commercial apartment scheme based in the West of the country, your new company now requires an experienced Site Engineer.

Your new role
You will be working full-time as a Site Engineer on a large-scale apartment block scheme based near the West of the country. As Site Engineer, you will undertake a number of duties. These duties include, reporting to the Site Manager, setting out, overseeing labour, supervising sub-contractors, ordering materials, taking levels, managing health and safety and quality control.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Engineer, you will have a solid background within the construction sector and strong setting out experience. You will ideally have post-graduate experience; however you shouldn’t refrain from applying if you do not. You will hold a valid CSR card or equivalent and a strong build background.
