Hays are exclusively representing a construction company in Belfast to recruit a Marketing Manager.

Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our client's marketing strategy and work closely with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Marketing Strategy Development
• Brand Management
• Lead Generation
• Campaign Management
• Content Development
• Event Management
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Lead and mentor the marketing team

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related industry
• 5+ years Marketing Management experience, preferably within construction or related industries
• Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

What you'll get in return
Salary of £52,000-£60,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package including pension, flexible working arrangements following probation, life assurance, health cash plan, discounts and much more.
