ROLE
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager/Retail Manager/Area Manager, to manage the day to day operation of the pharmacy retail area so as to maximize retail turnover.
The ideal candidate will possess the required skills and experience of a sales driven and customer focused team leader, consistently delivering excellent customer service while motivating and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Essential Criteria
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- IT literate – Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy, retail outlet environment working with beauty and Fragrance products
- Excellent Communication interpersonal skills and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- The applicant must have the right to work in the UK (proof requested).
Desirable - 3rd level qualification in the field of Health and Beauty
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role in a retail pharmacy environment
- Experience in staff management including rotas/holidays etc.
HoursPermanent 40 hours per week Monday - Sunday based on a rota.
Flexibility is required
