Client Account Manager
Field Based (within Northern Ireland) | 37.5hrs per week | Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 based on experience, plus commission

Reporting to the Account Director, the role of Client Manager is critical to the on-going success and future growth of Parkingeye. Finding new clients and enabling growth in our existing clients are both at the heart of our business and are what will underpin our growth

About The Role
As a Client Account Manager you will work independently with both new and existing clients. For new clients, you’ll be tasked to prospect, win and onboard the clients, handing them over to our phenomenal account management team. For existing clients, you will establish strong relationships which will support the client and will exceed our contractual commitments. You will be responsible for growth and renewal of our high-profile accounts.
You will always be required to interact with colleagues across the company and within your team to facilitate the smooth implementation of new car park management schemes as well as ongoing maintenance of existing systems to guarantee the delivery of a positive client experience.
You must have demonstrable experience in a client-facing role with the aptitude and desire to learn new technical concepts and technologies. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, solving day to day issues and cross selling the company’s other products and services. You are expected to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring a positive client journey.
Client Account Managers are quick on their feet and assertive yet tactful in dealing with clients. Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision are all important.
You will be the main point of contact for your clients, and you will need to be able to cope under pressure, having multiple asks and client queries to manage at any one time.
Since you will communicate both in oral and written form, you should be a confident speaker with excellent written communication skills.

Required Criteria
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in B2B sales
- Experience in an administration role
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Demonstrable achievement of sales targets
- Strong I.T and written English language skills
Desired Criteria
- Minimum 2 Years experience in a management position within a relevant industry
- Minimum 1 year experience working in new business sales
- Certification in customer relationship management
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience of liaising with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
