Production Manager - Exclusive Opportunity - Manufacturing - North Down

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning manufacturing client based in North Down, who wishes to appoint a Production Manager to the organisation on a full-time, permanent basis.

The organisation has boasted sustained year-on-year growth over the past number of years, with ambitious future growth plans over the next 3 years, and therefore requires a seasoned production manager to keep up with the future growth in production and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and support a large team
• manage H&S on the production floor
• lead and drive standards of quality, food safety, hygiene etc
• manage team training and development
• lead continuous improvement projects
• Introduce KPI'S

Essential Criteria:

• 3-4 years experience in a manufacturing background
• 1st hand knowledge of ERP & MRP systems
• Understand retailer and BRC food manufacturing requirements - has led teams to achieve A grade or above
