GP Appraisal Executive Officer required to work as part of the General Practice Executive Office team with Northern Ireland Medical
and Dental Training Agency.
The role will be based in Beechill House and will be on a temporary basis initially with the possibility of an extension based on
performance. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm and Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm with an hourly rate of £12.86
per hour.
The main duties will include dealing with queries to all GP Department activities particularly appraisal queries, updating and maintaining
the NIMDTA Performers List, GP Appraisal booking systems, GP appraiser data files. The successful candidate will be required to
administer the Form 4 Quality Assurance Process for Appraisers, and organise bi-annual probationary period meetings.
What We Need From You:
- Must have GCSEs English and Math along with 2 A-levels
- With qualifications 18 months experience is required. 3 years without.
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office such WORD and EXCEL
