- THE ROLE -
The post-holder will work in support of the Global Engagement business, its wider operational objectives, projects, and the research that informs it. The role involves responsibility for maintaining operational and project activity and supporting the day-to-day supervision of the Operations and Project team. The post-holder will serve as the primary lead for the coordination of services across the wider Global Engagement team, undertaking data compliance and reporting activities and play a substantial role in the delivery and mainstreaming of project roll-out.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A Degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience of providing varied planned and reactive administrative, service and project management support within a complex and changing environment
- Experience of supporting a range of activity and projects concurrently across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience of supervising staff and coordinating teams
- Experience in researching and utilising data to inform business decisions
- Ability to manage competing demands with shifting timeframes and priority, working at pace
- Proficient in the use of general IT systems
- Proficient in the use of specialist systems and software such as those used to support project management, data and reporting or process mapping
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours as required to meet the needs of the post
- Willingness to travel as required to meets of the needs of the post
