Parts & Service Advisor - £28,000 - £30,000
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts & Service Advisor to
work for a niche truck company who are based in the Lisburn area. It is an exciting time to join the company as
there is huge investment planned for this site over the next few years with the
building of their new state of the art new facility. On offer is a salary of
£28,000 - £30,000, 30 holidays, pension, death in service and a healthcare
package.
Role – Parts & Service Advisor
·
Managing and processing purchase orders
·
Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders
in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
·
Managing Engineers' parts requests and
updating all relevant internal systems
·
Support
the Service Controller with the effective and efficient planning of Field
Service Engineers
·
Monitor
and control Service, resolving client technical/administrative queries and
escalating/delegating where required
·
Carry out
invoicing and job costing tasks
·
Ensuring
paperwork is sent over to customers and records are kept up to date
·
Review and
investigate customer complaints and escalate where required
·
Processing
of warranty claims in a timely manner to ensure maximum recovery of costs
Person – Parts & Service Advisor
· Recent experience working as a Parts Advisor and
/ OR Service Advisor in either a HGV, Car Dealership, Plant, Powered Access or
similar environment
