Production Supervisor

Your new company
Your new company is a successful family-run business that has been in operation for over 40 years. The company is in an impressive growth period and are in the process of building a new state-of-the art factory on their premises due to continued growth and securing contracts with some of the UK and Ireland's leading supermarkets.

Your new role
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee the packing operations, leading a team of packers, ensuring that products are packed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. You will lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve performance targets and maintain quality. You will be responsible for completion of production paperwork and records and must collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure product specifications are met.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have experience of leading a team within a food production or manufacturing environment and packing processes in a factory environment. You should have strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions. You should be a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. It is essential that you can read and write in English.
