Marketing Manager

Your new company
Hays are exclusively representing a manufacturing company in County Down to recruit a Marketing Manager. You will be the sole marketer within this dynamic organisation and will be responsible for increasing their brand presence and awareness.

Your new role
As Marketing Manager you will lead and develop our client's marketing plans and activities to enhance their company profile, growing awareness of their products and services. You will develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies, maintain the company website and optimise content to drive traffic, support the sales team by undertaking market research and maintaining the CRM system and initiatives. You will evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide reports and recommendations for optimisation to the directors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a marketing qualification, and 3+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role, with experience of the full suite of offline and offline marketing activities. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and self-motivation. You will have good decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems effectively, and have knowledge of all digital marketing platforms. Desirable if you have experience introducing new marketing approaches to a company and experience in the engineering sector.

What you'll get in return
Salary of £40,000-£45,000 + 28 days annual leave with additional years of service, pension, and flexible working hours. This role is fully office based.
