Salary : £486.20 rising to £639.66 per week on completion of training
Job Description
The post holder will take responsibility for all aspects of the on-train customer care environment, including passenger assistance/information, revenue protection, safety and all operational duties associated with the safe working of passenger services.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including Maths & English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing role
- Previous cash handling experience
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to work and working hours including the ability to work early, late, weekend shifts and public holidays, often at short notice.
- Aged 18 or over (in order to obtain a PTS certificate)
Desirable Criteria
- Possess a recognised Customer Care qualification.
- Possess training in Health & Safety at work.
- Minimum of 3 years face to face experience in a retail/customer service environment
- Experience of electronic cash handling systems
