Role Overview
As a Residential
Foreman you will have technical, supervisory and organisational
responsibilities to deliver a quality product to our end users.
What
you'll do
The following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and
are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive.

Compliance
with Health & Safety Regulations ensuring that all issues of Health &
Safety are monitored regularly, and accurate records maintained.
·
Implement
and monitor Health & Safety and ensure compliance by the onsite team.
·
Be
responsible for the delivery of quality from conception to completion.
·
Planning
the day to day works via a lookahead programme with the Site Manager.
·
Quality
monitoring, inspections and non-conformance reporting.
·
Direct supervision of site labour, subcontract trades and drive
work to completion.
·
Maintaining good and accurate relevant site records.
·
Provide
efficient reporting on progress to management.
·
Review of all trade RAMS in conjunction with other Team Members.
·
Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
·
A proactive approach to problem solving and task completion.
·
To
undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
What
you'll bring
As
a Residential Foreman your main skills and experience will include:
Essential Criteria:
·
Previous experience working as a Foreman on a
residential project.
·
Experience from a trade background with a strong attention to detail.
·
Willingness to assume responsibilities in keeping
with project requirements.
·
CSR/CSCS Qualification or equivalent
·
SMSTS
·
Qualified First Aider
·
Full valid driving license
