The Role
Within Support Services there are 26 supported living services across 4 regions, managed by 4 Regional Managers and 20 Registered Service managers supported by a Positive Behaviour Support Manager and a Participation and Engagement Manager. As Regional Manager you have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and development of our Ballymoney services, ensuring the highest possible quality of care and housing related support to achieve our Mission.
The Successful candidate should have the following:
- A professional social work qualification and be registered on the appropriate part of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) register, without condition.
OR
- A first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register.
OR
- An allied health profession registered with the Health Professions Council
OR
- QCF Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adult Management) Northern Ireland and Wales.
AND
- A minimum of eight years’ practice experience in any health or social care setting which must include at least four recent years’ operational management experience (e.g. Registered Manager or above) in health and social care.
The role is Full Time 37 hours per week and the salary scale is Band 10 Level 1 - 4 (£51,562 - £54,536 per annum).
