Kitchen Assistant

Riddel Hall is home to Queen's Business School which includes a self contained Conference Centre that hosts, dinners, weddings, conference and a cafe catering solution in the newly built Student Hub delivered by Campus Food and Drink.

We wish to recruit an ambitious Kitchen Assistant to be part of the Riddel Hall kitchen team responsible for cleanliness while assisting with basic food preparation duties.

This role is on campus.

About the person:

Campus Food and Drink is seeking applicants with a eye for detail, a passion for working in a kitchen and an ambition to develop.

Candidates should demonstrate they have:

• Some recent relevant experience of assisting chefs with preparation.
• Candidates should have the capacity to work on campus mainly during the day but some evening and weekend work will be required.
