People HQ is recruiting a Technical Compliance Co-ordinator for a leading family bakery known for crafting delicious treats that delight their customers. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the quality and safety standards of our mouth-watering baked goods are second to none.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with customer and legislative requirements.
• Audit, monitor, and evaluate quality systems, making sure everything from our icing to our buns meets the highest standards of food safety and integrity.
• Collaborate with the operations team to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement.
• Maintain production records, track compliance with BRC standards, and co-ordinate taste panels (yes, you get to taste the goodies!).

Requirements:

• Experience in food safety, compliance, or technical roles within the food industry.
