an established Estate Agency in the Belfast area, to recruit an individual to
join their team.
This is a varied role covering both lettings and
sales of properties, primarily in the Greater Belfast area but also further
afield.
The organisation has a reputation for

sector and have developed a loyal client base.
This role could suit an individual that
is looking for a career and a passion for development or equally an individual
who has experience in the industry. The post holder will join a small team and
can expect a cohesive and supportive environment however you must be able to
work on your own initiative.
Applicants will need to demonstrate
strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills as well as strong
problem solving and customer service skills. As this is a busy and varied role,
with no two days being the same you will need to have plenty of energy, a
passion for providing a great service and the ability to think on your feet.
Our client is happy to consider full time
hours or a 3-4 day week. This role is based in the BT9 area and is not a hybrid
or work from home option.
You will need:
1. Strong
administrative skills to include email and letter writing.
2. Experience
of using databases and Microsoft office in an educational or professional
environment.
3. Excellent
attention to detail. Experience of reviewing contracts is beneficial.
4. The
ability to adapt and learn on the job.
5. A
full driving licence and access to a method of transport to enable you to carry
out duties.
6. A
strong work ethos and a team player.
7. Strong
communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a professional
appearance are essential.
8. Experience
of updating websites or providing marketing material would be beneficial.
9. Be
eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:

Maintain landlord and tenant, update and
amend documents as required.
·
Liaise with landlords or tenants to
resolve queries and ensure everything runs smoothly.
·
Liaise with external Maintenance
contractors to organise repairs.
·
Deal with telephone, email and face to
face enquiries.
·
Liaise with home buyers and sellers to
arrange viewings and negotiate contracts.
·
Carry out viewings and inspections.
·
Check accounts and payments, updating the
company accounts system.
·
Check and add invoices to the company
accounts system
·
Update the company website, social media,
property sharing sites and promotional materials.
