Corporate Solicitor – Belfast
£40,000-£50,000 plus hybrid working and benefits
Our client, a prestigious and expanding law firm, is seeking a Corporate associate solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE to join their high-profile Corporate Team in Belfast. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a growing successful team on domestic and international matters, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and more.
You'll engage with a wide array of clients from public and private companies to financial institutions and public bodies. If you are a commercially astute individual with experience in M&A, private equity, and joint ventures we want to hear form you. Experience in ECM is advantageous but not essential.
