Account Manager - Fully Remote Role

People HQ is recruiting on behalf of our client, Ecolab, to fill the role of Account Manager within their Food and Beverage Division.

Through innovative cleaning and sanitizing programs, animal care products, antimicrobial treatments, and other quality-focused solutions, Ecolab provides the tools and expertise needed to ensure safe and efficient food production.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing and growing sales across your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Sales Budgets: Drive growth by managing sales budgets with a focus on achieving double-digit increases.
  • Training and Development: Enhance the skills of sales and technical teams through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in your territory.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Generate and implement sales plans to capture new opportunities and drive profit growth within existing and new accounts. Approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to sales, with the remaining time focused on service and account management.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: Previous account management experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a dynamic and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients at all levels.
