The Company

An excellent opportunity to manage a branch with excellent head office & regional support.

Responsibilities
Manage and improve branch activity, customer service, and client retention.
Develop staff to be the best, while ensuring retention and skills growth.
Drive branch sales, profit and client retention.
Grow customer relationships with the local branch & suppliers.
Collaborate with external sales reps to meet sales and credit targets.
Ensure policy compliance and a culture of excellence is upheld and maintain H&S standards.
Ensure correct stock levels in the yard/shop.

Requirements:
Min 5 years of management experience, ideally in Builders Merchants or Retail, but willing to discuss with everyone, please call.
Strong IT, reporting, people management, and commercial skills.
Full driving licence.
Self-motivated, independent, detail-focused, and results-driven.
Experience with H&S compliance.
