Facilities & Assets Coordinator required for an immediate start working with the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.
This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and is based at their Headquarters in Lisburn.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £21.28 per hour.
The main purpose for this role will be to support the Facilities Manager in the delivery of a ‘fit for purpose’ estate by carrying
out duties such as scheduling reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, assisting in the development of the annual
budget, monitoring budget spending, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and liaising with suppliers and service
providers.
What We Need From You
- Level 5 qualification or above in a relevant subject such as Facilities Management, Surveying, etc
- 2 years experience within a Facilities/Estates role
- Experience in the use of architectural design software
- Full UK standard driving licence
