Company Accountant (Belfast City Centre)
VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading business based in Belfast to recruit a hands on Company Accountant to join the finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Director the Company Accountant is a newly created role and has about due to growth within the business.

About you
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) but part qualified may also be considered with strong commercial experience.
- Strong broad hands-on accounts experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What you’ll do
- Preparation of management & statutory year end accounts for companies
- Preparation of half year management accounts for group companies.
- Valuation and write-down of stock at the year end
- Daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations to include foreign currency.
- Reconciliation of card payments to customer accounts
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time.
