A charitable organisation based in Belfast are recruiting an administrator to join their team.
Your new role
You will administer donations to the charity, ensuring an efficient and effective donor journey to ensure maximum lifespan of the donator. You will develop excellent relationships with supporters, acting as a first point of contact for queries. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Main duties include
- Process donations on the database. Ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Make outbound calls to supporters. To introduce the charity to new supporters
- Taking responsibility for any issues are ensuring they are escalated if needed.
- Organising for welcome packs to be sent.
- Data entry
- Process any cancellations
- Liaise with several internal teams to ensure that reports are accurate and up to date for external reporting
- Update and cleanse database
- Adherence to GDPR
- Reception, and general administrative duties, as required.
- Any project work as required
What you'll need to succeed
•5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include both English & Maths.
And
•Minimum of two years of working in a busy Supporter Care / Customer Services Team.
•High levels of accuracy and previous data entry experience
•Highly technical with working experience using MS Office packages
•Previous cash handling experience
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent teamwork skills
•Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
•Willingness to travel as necessary-with a full UK driving licence and access to a car
