An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Administrator to join a prestige organisation based in Belfast.

This is a full time, permanent role

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

Hours of work: Mon – Thurs 9am – 5pm Fri 9am – 2pm (can be flexible)

Job Purpose

The Administrator is responsible for various administrative tasks associated with the effective and efficient running of multiple projects. They are responsible for overseeing daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with administrative duties and processes related to multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule project meetings and take minutes.
  • Act as point of contact for the project teams and facilitate communications.
  • Creating and updating project documentation & records.
  • Liaise with IT and Digital team to understand and undertake required training in our Core Dynamics Central IT system.
  • Within Evision you may be required to undertake specific roles within your job including purchase ordering/receipting.
  • Where applicable, you are required to manage and understand the administration on Client systems, liaise closely with your branch team, admin manager and centralized departments to ensure effective management and communication of information.
  • Resource scheduling
  • Open projects
  • Payroll preparation
  • Administration of branch Opportunities recording.

General duties

The following general duties will require to be undertaken in this role:

  • Ensure compliance with all processes in the branch including GDPR, Group Policies, QMS, EMS and H&S. in line with guidance from the Compliance Team.
  • Ensure any communication requested to be issued to the team is actioned timely.
  • Attending any meetings were requested to do so and taking accurate notes.
  • Responding to incoming communications such as calls and emails.
  • Maintaining job/contract folders.
