Reperio Human Capital, a specialist IT recruitment consultancy headquartered in Belfast City Centre, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is a new exciting opportunity, perfect for someone who is ambitious, financially driven, and eager to begin their professional career in a high reward environment.

As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
• Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
• Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
• Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
• Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research

Expected Earnings:

Year 1 OTE 35-45K

Year 2 45K+

Year 3 60K+

Year 4 100K+
