We are seeking a highly organised and analytical HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our head office. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and seamless integration of HR processes. This position is key to optimising HR operations and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility for all users.
  • Monitor user access, security roles, and system configurations, collaborating with IT and HR teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS through regular audits and data cleansing.
  • Support the development and updating of online learning material and HRIS training documentation.
  • Provide HRIS user support, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly, and develop training programs for HR staff and stakeholders.
  • Generate and analyse HRIS reports to support HR metrics and decision-making, developing custom reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive HR information.
  • Support HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, support the selection and recruitment process, manage absence reporting, and support Talent and L&D programmes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Experience with HR processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with database management and HRIS platforms.
