Personal Injury Solicitor, East Belfast, Suit NQ-4 YRS PQE. Our client is a
Legal services company which was established in 2016 and specialises in Road Traffic
accidents.
They currently have
an exciting opportunities for Personal Injury Solicitors, both Full Time
permanent & Part-Time temporary to cover Maternity leave. ideally between 1st August 2024 - 30th
September 2025.
You
will be acting on behalf of claimants in respect of damage & personal
injury claims arising primarily from road traffic collisions occurring in
Northern Ireland and mainland Great Britain.
Effectively
and proactively managing a high-volume caseload of damage, credit hire &
personal injury claims.
You
will be expected to provide bespoke, outcome focused advice to clients and
advancing their claims efficiently with a view to ensuring the best possible
outcome and maximizing recoveries.

Essential Criteria:
•
Excellent communication skills. Verbal and Written
•
Will negotiate with Third Party Insurers to obtain
appropriate settlements of cases in a timely manner
•
Up to date on current PI valuations
•
Ability and desire to provide a high level of client care
•
Ability to prioritise workload
Desirable Criteria:
•
Credit hire knowledge
•
SRA approved (not essential)
