Sales Administrator
A leading organisation based in Portadown. Are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team due to continued growth.
This is a Full Time, Permanent Position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) or 8.30am start with (30min lunch)
With a salary of £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Role:
You will be responsible for the general sales administration support to the team.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- IT experience (email, MS Office, ERP system).
- Good telephone manner.
- Friendly, engaging personality with customers.
- Reliable, confidential.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- General assistance and support to sales rep portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB.
- Follow daily call schedule for customers next day deliveries.
- Answer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product.
- Liaise with customers in relation to product specs.
- Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced.
- Source potential new customers for rep to follow up.
