The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to build a number residential cabins in Killinchy, ideally the candidate will have a broad range of experience including commercial and residential and a keen eye for detail.
Packages around £40-50k plus van & fuel.
Requirements
- Experience with timber frame builds
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of overseeing £1M worth of work
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
