Production Manager (Immediate Start)

This will be based in the Company's site in Dungannon - Permanent Role

This is a Night Shift role - Sunday - Thursday (9.30pm - 6.00am)

Responsibilities:

The Role:

• Lead production staff with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Implement quality systems, securing BRC Accreditation.
• Maintain and enforce product quality standards.
• Direct team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve production challenges.
• Provide hands-on support for shop floor production.
• Ensure housekeeping and equipment maintenance.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience in similar role
• Experience of supervising/managing a team
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
• Good planning, organisational and time management skills
• Experience of Food Hygiene and importance of good Health and Safety practice and procedures is preferred but not Essential
