MCS Group is delighted to be partnering up with a local success story in the finance arena, who are looking for 2 customer service executives to join their growing team as they are building out the Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that are renowned for training and helping develop the members of their team.
What's the role?
- You will be responsible for sales to new and existing customers.
- Working closely with the CRM system and taking inititive to drive company revenue and individual bonus.
- Providing advice and striving to become an expert in finance.
- Answering emails and managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Keep all relevant customer information up to date.
Experience and skills required:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in inbound or outbound calls in a busy environment.
- Sales experience is highly desirable, ideally within car finance or banking.
- A passion for customer service.
- A self starter with a drive to build a career and looking for a long term home.
Salary and Benefits:
- £23-25k per annum
- 22 holidays plus stats
- Normal office hours 9am-5:30pm.
- Monthly bonus/commission paid quarterly
