Job title: Accounts and Payroll Administrator
Location: Greater Belfast area. Serviced well by public
transport and public parking areas.
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £25000 plus an excellent range of benefits.
On behalf
of our client, a service provider with an office in the BT7 area, we have a new
opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Administrator.
Duties
include:
1.
Processing of weekly and monthly
payroll including staff hours, sickness, parental leave, holiday pay
calculations, pensions enrolment for employees accurately and timely
2.
Review and verify timesheets,
ensuring accuracy of hours worked and any necessary adjustments
3.
Calculate and process
deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
4.
Maintain accurate payroll
records and employee information on Sage payroll
5.
Respond to employee inquiries
regarding payroll matters
6.
Collaborate with the HR
department to ensure accurate employee data is maintained in the payroll system
7.
Stay up-to-date with changes in
payroll regulations and ensure compliance
8.
Working closely with Ops and
clients to ensure that credit control processes are proactively followed
9.
Invoice processing
10. Processing and distributing weekly invoices for
clients using our systems, liaising with clients, colleagues and Finance
Manager.
You
will need:

Proven experience as a Payroll
Administrator or similar role
·
Strong knowledge of payroll
processes and regulations
·
Proficient in using Sage 50
payroll software
·
Knowledge of pension
·
Excellent attention to detail
and accuracy
·
Strong analytical skills to
analyse data and identify discrepancies
·
Ability to handle confidential
information with integrity
·
Excellent communication skills
to effectively interact with employees regarding payroll matters
·
Strong IT skills, written and
verbal communication skills
