Administrator
Energis is currently recruiting for a Document Administrator for our Co Antrim based client who operates in the construction sector.
The key objective of
the Document Administrator is to ensure successful completion of construction
project documentation. This role involves managing quality documentation, key
information/documentation, including O&M files. This role is suitable for
someone who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast paced
environment. Relevant product training will be given.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Plan and set up project administration effectively.
- Monitor design team documents and drawing portal.
- Collation of information from
site teams; support site team with general project administration.
- Development of QC docs
- Completion of BCAR certs
- Assisting with ISO 9001
- Assist with administration for
production.
- Completion of O&M manuals.
Experience /
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Administration / Support role.
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye
for detail.
- Experience in document control / information
management within the construction / engineering sectors is highly
desirable.
Salary
£25 – 30k plus an excellent
benefits package including bonus, and healthcare.
