AHSS Global Marketing and Communications Officer

The Global Marketing and Communications Officer will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across schools within the Faculty, with the faculty Dean of Internationalisation, and with the Global Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (GMRA) Directorate. You will develop and deliver marketing and communications activities within the Faculty in pursuit of ambitious global student recruitment targets. This role will be key in helping the faculty to achieve its global student recruitment targets within the framework of Strategy 2030.

About the person:

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:

• An honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in any subject plus significant recent experience in a relevant marketing/communications/PR OR substantial recent experience in a relevant marketing communications role.

• Experience of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies / medium to long term plans.
• Experience of market research and analysis and of producing marketing reports.
• Experience of producing a range of marketing material for online and print.
• Experience of digital marketing using web tools and techniques.
• Experience of using CRM.

Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
