Hotel in Antrim who are seeking a Front Office Manager.
The Front Office
Manager will be responsible for managing, strategizing, and growing all Front
Office operations with an emphasis on driving business through Group, Events,
Corporate and Leisure Business, developing sales strategies to optimise Rooms
Revenues and will work under the guidance of General Manager and with the
Business Development Executive to plan, organise, execute and ensure a great
all-round experience for guests.
The Right role:

Assemble and execute all preparation,
procedures, and processes to ensure a smooth Front Office service operation
that fits company standards & our renowned reputation in line with fellow
management and your team.

Supervise all product & service aspects
across all front office operations (focusing on consistency & continual
improvement).

Strategically oversee information on the
reservation systems to help eliminate error & ensure that all data input is
correct and accurate for guests and for reporting purposes.

Create, maintain and distribute weekly Front
Office rotas for the team (ensuring we are always covered) and communicate
changes as appropriate to all.

Recruit, Train, Manage and Guide the team
members in all aspects of their role. Emphasis should always be on standard
operational procedures, exceeding guest expectations and on continuous
improvement through constant training and development.

Ensure a full induction has been completed for
new staff in line with Hotel policy.

Ensure that all team members appear
appropriately and adhere to the Hotels appearance standards.

Assist in the management and evaluation of
individual & team performance line with the company handbook and be
responsible for all Reception team related issues and review any incidents or
performance issues with the GM.
The Right Fit:
At least 4 years hotel
reception experience with 2 years in a senior role.
Fully competent in a
Front Office PMS – Ideally Guest line.
Fully flexible to work
early /late shifts.
