Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role
in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness,
generate leads, and support business growth. This role involves managing social
media channels, overseeing branding initiatives, organizing events, and
creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand
visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media
platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, analyse metrics, and adjust
strategies to improve performance.
- Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and foster
positive relationships.
- Branding:
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all
marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging in all communications
and materials.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines and oversee their
implementation.
- Events Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and
industry conferences.
- Develop event strategies to maximise lead generation and brand
exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure
successful event execution.
- Brand Awareness:
- Design and implement campaigns to increase brand recognition and
market presence.
- Utilize various marketing tools and techniques to promote the
company’s products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for enhancing
brand awareness.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential leads through various marketing
channels.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to support sales
efforts.
- Track and analyse lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as
needed to improve results.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with
business objectives.
- Coordinate with the product development team to understand and
promote new offerings.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to
execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the
Mechanical & Electrical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful
marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital
marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics
platforms).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
