Due to continued growth and success in Ireland, we are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful individual will join our internal team in Belfast and will play a huge role in driving the growth of Reperio.

We are actively seeking someone professional, outgoing, career-focused and ambitious to join our team. This role will best suit someone with a background in sales or recruitment, however, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates
• Screening candidates on the phone, shortlisting, and scheduling on-site interviews
• Assisting the internal recruitment team with on-site interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
• Advertising open vacancies
• HR admin tasks and assisting the HR team with onboarding new employees
