We are recruiting on behalf of the Belfast Trust who require four temporary cooks, based in Knockbracken
Healthcare Park who will be cooking high volumes of meals that will be distributed among all Belfast Trust sites.
The hours of work will be 6am - 1:30pm working 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday with a pay rate of £11.45
per hour Monday to Friday, £16.14 per hour for Saturday and £20.95 for a Sunday. This is an immediate start
with the role lasting 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Main Duties
- Following a pre-planned menu
- Preparing ingredients
- Ensuring all dietary and allergy requirements are catered for
- Maintaining A High standard of hygiene within the kitchen
- Housekeeping duties
- Updating record charts - temperatures and cleaning schedules
What We Need From You
- 706/1 and 706/2 in cooking or 3 years’ experience working as a cook.
- Basic Food & Hygiene certificate
