Salary: £40K plus a 10 – 15% on target annual performance
bonus

On
behalf of our client, a household name and leading employer within Northern
Ireland, we are seeking a Marketing professional to join their Business
Development team,
This
is a full time, permanent job opportunity and an exciting time to join this
evolving organisaiton. Reporting to the Director of Business Development,
Marketing Manager lead the strategic development and implementation of brand
and customer marketing plans, which will support the sales and brand objectives
of the business. The individual will have a key role in the identification and
conversion of new customer connections through targeted external communications
Duties
include:
1.
Managing and executing the marketing
plan in line with the marketing objectives and strategy defined by the business
and also within the agreed budget allocation
2.
Responsible for budget control on a per
project basis and maximising costs savings with suppliers and other 3rd parties
3.
Managing the leads generation process
through the most appropriate and cost-effective marketing channels in the
domestic owner occupier sector
4.
Principal management and execution of
the direct marketing activity for the owner occupier sector to leverage leads
levels and cost effectiveness
5.
Managing the alignment of the marketing
function with the retail operation function to ensure synergy in the overall
marketing mix to prospective owner-occupier acquisition
6.
Manage and oversee the development of
the Company’s Website. Ownership of maintenance and timely reviews to ensure
that all data content is accurate and up to date. Coordinate the input from
various staff throughout the business that are required
7.
to provide regular updates to conform
with legislation, protocols and working practices
8.
Management and implementation of the
digital marketing strategy to stimulate new interest and drive traffic to the
website and maximise conversion potential
9.
Managing/co-ordinating and fostering
supplier relationships to deliver cost effective creative solutions to the
marketing proposition
10. Provide marketing information statistics and support information in relation
to activities executed. Performance campaign information for evaluation and
cost evaluation
11. Management of market research to enhance the overall understanding of
target markets and inform communication strategy
12. Organise exhibition displays and major launch activities as required in
order to support and develop the marketing strategy, whilst being cost
effective, ensure the exhibitions promote the desired company image and achieve
the appropriate business results
13. Support the collection and maintenance of the company’s corporate
database ensuring that the database is compliant with current GDPR requirements
14. Develop an annual marketing plan for the business and associated budget.
This plan will include the development and implementation of customer acquisition
plans across the target customer groups within agreed budgets
15. Whilst not a direct report, will support in the management of the
Marketing Executive
16. Manage appointed agencies to maximise their effectiveness in producing
timely effective marketing solutions in a cost-effective manner
You
will need:
·
Educated
to degree level in a marketing or business-related discipline OR Equivalent
professional experience to include a relevant marketing qualification /
accreditation.
·Minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing position.
·
Experience
as a budget holder for a departmental budget
·
Strong
analytical and project management skills.
·
Ability
to demonstrate sound creative judgement.
·
Experience
of effectively managing external partners
