They are currently hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team of 200 employees and are still expanding.They have been supplying materials globally, but the main clients are based in Europe. Some of their notable projects are stadiums, bridges, highways, roads and marine. This company are committed to delivering exceptional quality service to their clients.
Your new role
Our client is expanding its team and is currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for their office in Antrim.
Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and Specifying elements for major projects.
• Ensuring that works are constructed in accordance with the Employer’s Representative’s requirements.
• Working closely with the engineering team in designing and assisting in the production of calculations, drawings, and reports.Your new roleOur client is expanding its team and is currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for their office in Antrim.

What you'll need to succeed As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will need to have a recognised qualification in Structural Engineering or equivalent, with 3-5+ years of structural design experience in the NI/UK & Irish construction market working on buildings, and be a member of an appropriate professional institution. It is ideal if you have a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent or are Chartered or approaching Chartered Engineer status.
You must have strong analytical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, and experience of undertaking concrete design to NI/UK & Eurocodes, NI/UK & Irish Building Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Technical Standards.
Our client is looking for candidates with strong engineering design experience, particularly in using software such as Tekla Structural Designer, AutoCAD, and Revit.
In addition to technical skills, it is essential that you have good planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
