Supplier
Quality Manager
Based
in the Dungannon area my client is a market leading quarry machinery
manufacturer who make products for the global market. Due to expansion they
have created the brand new additional role of Supplier Quality Manager. My
client is looking for an individual who is either currently working as a Supplier
Quality Manager or someone who has extensive experience working as a Supplier
Quality Engineer and who is looking for a step forward with their career. On offer is a market leading salary, 10% bonus,
pension, private healthcare, 32 holidays and a lunchtime finish on Fridays.
Role – Supplier Quality Manager
•
Create, implement, and manage a risk-based Supplier
Audit Schedule.
•
Schedule, organise, plan, conduct and report on all
assigned Supplier Audits as per schedule, ensuring record keeping of all audit
activities. This will include auditing both on site at supplier, and
remotely.
•
Develop and manage the Supplier corrective action
processes, being the company contact point for such matters with both Internal
Stakeholders and Suppliers.
•
Provide input to the QA Monthly reporting, by
providing production management with regular status updates and KPI
measures.
•
Management of poor performing Suppliers to improve
their performance to the required level.
Person – Supplier Quality Manager
•
Experience working as a Supplier Quality Manager or as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
