Keeper
Location:
Belfast BT4 with Hybrid working after initial probation.
Salary:
depending on experience.
Hours: part
time 20-30 hours. Monday to Friday.

Apple Recruitment Services are working on
behalf of their Client to recruit an experienced Book Keeper to join their team
in a part time role.
Duties:
1. Prepare
Service Charge year end accounts
2. Identify
and correct mis-posted income and expenditure
3. Post
accruals/ prepayments and other year end adjustments
4. Reconcile
independently prepared accounts to property management system
5. Issue
accounts and service charge certificates
6. Nominal
bank account reconciliations
7. Handle
queries arising on accounts
8. Undertake
ad hoc duties to facilitate the effective running of the team (including
occasional off site meetings)
9. Prepare
reports
10. Ensure
Service charges are closed within the agreed time frame
11. Provide
cover for other roles and projects as required
12. Develop
business relations with group members to maximize cross selling opportunities
13. Distribution
of AGM related documents
14. Credit
control
You
will need:

Previous experience in a similar role is
essential.
