HR professionals, teams and organisations in private, public and voluntary sectors are being urged to enter this year’s CIPD NI Awards 2015.
Supported by headline sponsor Brightwater Recruitment Specialists, with nijobfinder as media partner, the awards ceremony will be held in Belfast’s City Hall on May 14 and deadline for entry is March 20.
With two new categories for 2015, the awards are as follows:
• Employee Engagement (sponsored by One4all Rewards) is seeking to attract entries from organisations whose performance emanates directly from high-impact employee engagement initiatives.
• Health and Wellbeing (sponsored by Healthshield) will recognise firms that have demonstrated a clear link between initiatives to support employee health and wellbeing and business objectives.
• Change Management (sponsored by Carecall) seeks entries from a firm that has undertaken a change programme during the past 18 months.
• Building HR Capability (sponsored by Worthingtons Solicitors) will recognise organisations that show a firm commitment to ensuring that HR has the necessary skills.
• The Organisational and Development award is looking for a company that promotes learning, focusing on talent and performance.
• HR/L&D Team of the Year award (sponsored by Ulster University Business School) recognises HR teams for their work within the function and their business partnering with other functions.
• The Consultant or Consultancy Team of the Year award seeks entries from consultants (individuals or teams) who have worked with a client on a specific project to address a strategic issue.
• Outstanding HR Student of the Year (sponsored by nijobfinder) seeks applications from exceptional individuals, currently studying or have recently completed a recognised CIPD qualification.
• HR/L&D Professional of the Year (sponsored by Brightwater Recruitment Specialists) recognises the ultimate distinction within HR and acknowledges the achievement of delivering a strategy that has demonstrated the greatest level of proficiency.
