TWENTY new jobs are to be created with the opening of a new customer contact centre in Belfast.
The jobs at Rainbow Communications follow the announcement that the mobile phone company EE is to open a customer contact centre in the city.
As the only direct business partner of EE in Northern Ireland,Rainbow Communications plans to recruit 20 sales advisers, bringing the total number employed by the business telecoms provider to over 100.
It’s the latest expansion for Northern Ireland’s largest independent business telecoms firm, which has more 5,500 customers across the UK and Ireland, and who last year opened an IT solutions division.
Director of sales and marketing at Rainbow Communications, Stuart Carson said:“The creation of these 20 new jobs is a significant investment for Rainbow and follows the company’s recent expansion into Scotland. We are committed to providing expertise and value wrapped in a customer service second to none.”
